Love my Bella!
So, how did I live without Bella! Did I mention I love to give inanimate objects a gender? So Bella is a she, named after the brand name, she is a knock-off of an Instant Pot. She has made cooking a fun and easy task. While some say advances in technology can sometimes be too much, a pressure cooker is nothing but amazing! And, a pressure cooker these days is also known as an instant pot. It is a must in these busy times. They come in all sizes and with everyone trying to meal prep, this amazing pot is nothing short of a MIRACLE!!!!! I received her as a Christmas, just in time for the spring semester to start. Come January, since I go to school three nights per week and the hubs works his butt off; I immediately started using Bella and I created all sorts of wonderful meals. From tortilla soup to brown rice and chicken and even boiled eggs. I went on and on using Bella as much as possible.
